The chief of Marriott Hotels says he has an easy way to help President Obama achieve his goal of doubling U.S. exports in five years: make it easier for tourists and travelers to visit here. Since terrorist attacks in 2001, the government has made it far more difficult for foreigners to travel to the U.S., costing the nation tens of billions in lost revenue and hundreds of thousands of jobs, according to J.W.
