If you think the fall and winter seasons are not a good time to go swimming, some hotel owners in Myrtle Beach would disagree with you. But now, their effort to provide indoor pools for visitors to enjoy has landed them in some legal trouble, which could spell trouble for homeowners in Myrtle Beach. When FEMA handed down the November 1st deadline for all hotels to change their pool enclosures from glass to vinyl or Plexiglas, most of the hotels, although less than thrilled, completed the task. 11 hotels are holding off; however, hoping the senate will pass new legislation to eliminate this requirement.
