Atlantic City Hilton Casino Resort Headed Back to Court
The Atlantic City Hilton Casino Resort, losing millions of dollars and under threat of foreclosure, is heading back into court to try to prevent its lenders from seizing control of the gaming hall. U.S. Bank National Association filed a motion asking for permission to foreclose on Atlantic City’s smallest casino, now in default of its mortgage.
