Boca Raton Bridge Hotel Works Out Bankruptcy Deal
The owner of the Boca Raton Bridge Hotel has asked a U.S. Bankruptcy Court to approve a loan modification deal it reached with its secured lender.
Debtor Boca Bridge LLC was hit with an involuntary bankruptcy petition last year, and the case was later converted into a Chapter 11. It owns the 121-room hotel along with two restaurants.
The secured creditor, JMP Boca Bridge Lender, is owed $9.3 million in principal, plus interest and fees, according to court filings. Click here for the full story.
