Compensation Includes Waiver of Dues for His Inn
Richard Gere has taken on a new role: the 2011 ambassador of Relais & Châteaux, an association of small luxury hotels and restaurants around the globe. He and actress wife Carey Lowell, at right, are owners of the Bedford Post, an eight-room country inn about an hour's drive north of New York City.
