Three San Francisco boutique hotels run by the daughter of real estate tycoon Frank Lembi are in default on $75.9 million worth of loans. According to a "notice of trustee's sale," the hotels are to be auctioned off on the steps of San Francisco City Hall on March 3. Click here for the full story.
