Conversion To a Brand Is Possible
The city's newest high-end hotel, the Elysian, could soon have a new owner — and even a new name. Sources say the owners of the 188-room Gold Coast property have hired Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. to sell the Elysian, which opened in December 2009, just before the hotel market started to pull out of its funk.
