Hotel Eyed For Chicago’s Meatpacking District

Already packing them in at restaurants with big-name chefs, the Fulton Market meatpacking district is poised to add a Soho House boutique hotel. A venture including Chicago-based hotel company AJ Capital Partners LLC is close to buying a 90,730-square-foot warehouse at 113-125 N. Green St. in the gentrifying meatpacking and warehouse district, sources say.
