Long-Disputed Delaware Hotel Can Open, But When?
A never-opened hotel along I-95 has been cleared to finally go into business after a decade of legal wrangling and renovations intended to make it safe to occupy. Last week, New Castle County issued a certificate of occupancy to the hotel’s owners, who have spent years correcting the past owners’ construction mistakes and an admitted lack of oversight by county building inspectors.
