Failed Fort Myers Hotel's Fall Foreseen
The empty 24-story Ambassador Hotel in downtown Fort Myers is closing in on its second anniversary as a salmon-colored tower of faded glory. Although the name remains on signs fronting Edwards Drive and Fowler Street, it’s no longer a hotel. It has no bar, restaurant or offices. Click here for the full story.
