Hotel Indigo Nashville Owners' Battle Leads to Suit
An owner of the Hotel Indigo Nashville has filed suit against his business partner, alleging misuse of $2 million in funds intended to renovate the boutique hotel.
Atlanta-based Keith Worsham filed suit in Davidson County Chancery Court against Mark Lineberry, a Mt. Juliet real estate developer and business partner in the holding company that owns and operates the hotel.
The court granted Worsham’s request for a temporary restraining order, barring Lineberry from holding an emergency meeting of the company’s board to give him the authority to transfer the deed of the hotel to the holder of the note for hotel improvements. Click here for the full story.
