Houston Hotel Could Be Part of New Development
The owner of the Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa is planning to expand its hospitality brand near the Galleria on a site that will also be home to a high-rise office building and possibly a residential tower.Redstone Real Estate, which owns the 6-acre site along Post Oak Boulevard, said the hotel project is contingent on financing but could be under way within a couple years.
