Wed Rather Be Sellers Than Buyers,' Says Wolff
Lew Wolff is considering the sale of luxury hotels he began buying in the 1990s, as the market for such properties has rebounded recently. Wolff, who also co-owns the Oakland A's baseball club and San Jose Earthquakes soccer team, co-owns nine hotels with Philip Flip Maritz. Their investment firm, Los Angeles' Maritz, Wolff & Co. has cut its portfolio of hotels from 50 that it owned a decade ago. Click here for the full story.
