Judge Grants Marriott Protection of EDITION Data

Order In Place Pending Hearing Next Month
A federal bankruptcy judge has granted Marriott International an interim order that protects its confidential and proprietary information from the owner of the former Waikiki Edition hotel. The Honolulu Star-Advertiser reports that U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Robert Faris ordered the hotel's owner, M Waikiki LLC, to turn over the information immediately to Marriott or an approved third party.
