Even Open Resorts Aren’t at Full Capacity
Northeast ski-area operators are dreaming of a white Christmas but seeing red as temperatures stay above ideal snowmaking levels. Many ski areas aim to open around Thanksgiving. But, even last week, less than a dozen ski areas in New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont were open. Only one of Pennsylvania's 24 ski areas is open. Click here for the full story.
