Starwood to Purchase Stake in Design Hotels
Hotel operator Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. plans to buy a 49.8 percent stake in Germany's Design Hotels AG from Arabella Hospitality SE. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Design Hotels, based in Berlin, provides market trend consulting services, international sales services and other offerings to the more than 200 independent hotels it represents.Click here for the full story.
