Trump Intends to Buy Doral Resort & Spa
The name is The Doral Golf Resort & Spa, with the emphasis on the word golf for many. The business status of that same property can only be described as troubled, as in foreclosure, with the emphasis on the word foreclosure.

Couple the words golf and foreclosure and you get a logical question, one that is worrisome to most golfers: What will happen to the five golf courses associated with the property, including the famous Blue Monster? Right now, it’s anybody’s guess, but there are some logical possibilities.

First, Donald Trump — who is an avid golfer and owns many other golf properties — intends to buy the entire property for $170 million and then sink another $150 million into upgrades.
